OUR COMPANY
For the last 30+ years Hacienda Oaks Property Management has offered property management services to residential property owners and their tenants. Located in Santa Maria we serve North Santa Barbara County and South San Luis Obispo County. Our clients are located locally and all over the world. Each has a different reason for utilizing a property manager.
Our professional staff is trained in the latest changes in landlord-tenant law. As real estate licensees, our property managers are regulated by the California Department of Real Estate and regularly attend training seminars to maintain their licenses.
Our bilingual staff members provide Spanish speaking residents with worry free communication.

OUR STAFF
Our Broker:
Kristen Coffey
is the Broker and CEO of Hacienda Oaks Property Management. She grew up working at Hacienda Oaks Property Management and further learned the industry while working in San Diego. She then came back to Santa Maria to work with Marie Gardner, the previous Broker, in 2019.
Our CFO:
Bryant Coffey, is co-owner of Hacienda Oaks Property Management and a licensed property manager. Originally from the midwest, he comes to Hacienda Oaks with a unique background in creative and small business marketing.

Rosey Cardenas,
Office Administrator, She has been with Hacienda Oaks since 2022, joining us with over 14 years experience in property management.
Traci Castellanos, Bookkeeper, is a Santa Maria native with over 15 years of property management bookkeeping experience.
Audrey Jenkins, Property Manager, who joined our team in 2022 and comes to us with 20 years in the real estate industry.
Lucia Morales, Receptionist, who has been welcoming our customers since 2019.
Miguel Pratts, Property Manager, is a licensed real estate agent from the Lompoc and Santa Barbara areas. He has been with Hacienda Oaks since 2010 and has over 15 years' experience in property management.
Cris Barajas, Property Inspector, is the newest addition to the team. He comes to us with experience as an in-house handyman.
